About Us
ACCESS was formed in 1971 by a small but passionate group of volunteers in a storefront in Dearborn’s south end. Through determination and hard work, we began to help the community’s Arab immigrant population thrive in the United States. Since then, we’ve grown into the largest Arab American nonprofit human services organization in the nation. Regionally and throughout the country, ACCESS offers nearly 100 programs in health care and research, employment and training, youth and education, social services, immigration and more. We serve southeast Michigan community members of every age, race and religion!
